Ok. It’s that time of year: gather your sea sisters, you need each other more than ever…

Sea sisters are there for each other, we make the swims, the surfs, the winter walks happen.

Because we KNOW we love it, and we feel better for doing it. But that doesn’t make it any easier to GET THERE.

Right?

Going with a friend does make it easier. You’re more committed, less likely to give up, and you can giggle at the hardships.

Sisters of the Sea all the way 🙌

Fixed it.

I do LOVE the stormy Cornish seas in winter, but a little trip to surf in the warm Portuguese seas was just gorgeous.

Surfing in a shortie, sunbathing after. It’s a different world than surf life here 😀🥶

And those sunsets. My phone is full.

Silence.

I love the sounds of the sea, of nature, people talking, laughing, but isn’t real silence blissful.

I’m soaking up this little surf trip in Portugal, we’re out all day searching for waves, and honestly taking a beating in some of them..

So this quiet spot we’re staying in is the perfect base.

I’m off for a sunny surf (looong) weekend in Portugal!

Ah just blissful. Sometimes get a dribble on my leg too.

Jokes aside, this is my quiet spot. A place to go to reset a little. Pretty spectacular isn’t it.

Where do you go to fix a funk?
