Returns
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Sisters of the Sea product or there is a fault with it, please contact us within 30 days and we will try to replace or refund it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also have proof of purchase.
We will send you details of the return address. Please return the item to us using a tracked service. Once we receive the item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exclusions
- We are unable to refund return postage costs.
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
